Following the example set by their European counterparts, bankers from South America have also decided to modernize their customer service using the Polish product developed by the company from Krakow. The Brazilian banking sector was inspired to take this step by observing foreign financial markets, primarily the Polish one. The achievements of mBank, which is considered by many experts to be one of the most innovative banks in the world, were the most significant stimulus to initiate the changes.
The LiveBank virtual bank branches system is one of our flagship projects. The system has been successfully implemented not only in Polish banks, namely mBank, ING Bank Śląski and BZ WBK but also in the German Commerzbank. Following the European trends, Brazil decided to change the image of its banking sector and give it a modern character. LiveBank will provide Brazilians with convenient services, which will also save time. Thanks to the virtual branches, the residents of Brazil will soon be able to enter the age of banking 3.0 – says Piotr Kiser, Marketing Director for Ailleron.
Brazil has one of the best-developed economies in the world. Globally, it is the seventh largest economic power and its potential is still on the rise. The financial sector in the country is also very strong. The second largest bank in Brazil currently serves 70 million customers.
“The beginning of our operation was officially marked by signing the contract with our Brazilian partner, BSI Tecnologia, in the Value Added Reseller Agreement model. The cooperation we established will not only enable us to increase sales of our products in new markets but also learn and understand the specifics of other economies. In the near future we are expecting further expansion of the list of clients cooperating with us in the VAR model – says Tomasz Maciantowicz of Ailleron.
Ailleron SA has signed a partnership contract with BSI Tecnologia, a Brazil-based technology company, for offering and implementing the LiveBank system in the biggest banks in the region.
